HEALiX offers a 2 year limited warranty for personal use and a 1 year limited warranty for commercial use. If you receive a product that is not working properly, we will ensure you get a replacement product 100% free of charge.

The warranty excludes any defects or malfunctions resulting from improper use, neglect, failure to adhere to operating guidelines, or usage with incompatible equipment. It is not designed for continuous use beyond 60 minutes without adequate cooling periods. Cosmetic damage, normal wear and tear, and secondary damage are also not covered. Furthermore, the warranty is void if the product is altered, modified, or repaired by unauthorized personnel.

What Are Estimated Shipping Times?
1-4 Business Days. Carrier will vary as we have multiple warehouses and will choose the options which allows for fastest transit times. Transit time will vary according to product and/or inventory available in warehouse locations nearest you.
What Are Estimated Processing Times?
Most Orders are processed the same day Monday - Saturday. Orders placed after 2PM EST may not leave the warehouse until the following business day. In rare circumstances, it can take up to 3 business days to process an order.
Will My Items Come In Separate Shipments?
We have warehouses spread throughout the US in an attempt to provide the fastest shipping possible. In some instances, it will require that we send items from separate warehouses, so it is possible to receive an order through multiple deliveries. All items will have individual tracking numbers regardless of where they originate.
We are not liable for deliveries and/or delays that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from international to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fee’s, customs or back-end charges incurred.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly.
We do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we can issue a issue a store credit, refund, or attempt to deliver the item again with additional shipping charge.
Reception of the package is the responsibility of the customer. We do not require signature for delivery, and do not provide special instructions for delivery. We encourage customers to follow tracking closely to plan appropriately and accordingly when receiving an order.
If you refuse any shipments from www.HealixInfrared.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it a claim must be filed for the situation. We cannot issue instant refunds or re-orders in these situations.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of these products, you have 45 days from the day it is received to send it back for refund.
Returns will only be accepted for products that are received by HEALiX in “like new” condition.
Carrier Bags and Sauna Blanket Inserts
There is a 15-day Return policy for unopened products. Products that are returned outside of the delivery packaging they were delivered in will not qualify for return, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
The HEALiX Team will gladly provide support and warranty for goods received damaged or defective.
How to Claim Satisfaction Guarantee
1. Contact customer service for instructions – DO NOT return the package to address on packaging
2. Return item in the original packaging, undamaged. Any orders missing pieces or packaging are subject to being rejected for satisfaction guarantee, or may incur restocking fees. Items must be in "like new" condition.
3. Sauna Blankets, Glow Pods or PEMF Mats must be post marked within 45 days of delivery. If the item does not meet this requirement, it will not be accepted for return.
4. Provide Shipping for the Item – Tracking is required and Insurance is recommended

HEALiX offers a 12 month warranty covering use in a commercial setting.
IMPORTANT: BY USING YOUR HEALIX INFRARED SAUNABLANKET OR PEMF MAT YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THE HEALIXINFRARED TWO (2) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY (“WARRANTY”) AS SET OUT BELOW.
DO NOT USE YOUR PRODUCT UNTIL YOU HAVE READ THE TERMS OF THE WARRANTY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREETO THE TERMS OF THE WARRANTY, DO NOT USE THE PRODUCT AND RETURN IT WITHIN THERETURN PERIOD STATED IN HEALIX INFRARED’S RETURN POLICY FOR A REFUND.
