Order Confirmation & Shipment

Once your order is placed you will receive an email confirmation confirming that we have received your order and initiated the credit card pre-authorization. We will immediately confirm with the manufacturer to ensure your item(s) are in stock for prompt shipment. All orders received before 12pm EST will be processed the same day.

In stock

If item(s) are in stock we will process the payment immediately and begin preparing your order for shipping. As soon as the order leaves the warehouse we will provide you with the tracking number(s) via email. Generally most products arrive within 2-7 business days of being shipped unless they require freight shipping due to size/weight which may take longer to arrive or will require a scheduled delivery.

Please note some items by nature (build process, made to order, custom built, etc) will have a much longer lead time which will be noted on the respective product page.

Out of stock/Backordered

If an item is out of stock, backordered, or unavailable, we will email or call you to inform you of this and to offer you an suitable solution of your preference:

  • You can cancel the order and we will immediately void the pre-authorization charge to your payment method
  • Given an estimated re-stock and shipping timeframe from the manufacturer you can agree to proceed with the order with payment in full and await shipment immediately upon replenishment of stock
  • Or we would love to assist you in finding a similar alternative that suits your needs and requirements

Once your item(s) has arrived please inspect the packaging; if there is any damage, you should indicate it while signing for delivery or do not agree to accept the delivery. Send images of the damage, the box, the SKU, and a brief description of the damage to support@modernhomerehab.com, and we will work with the manufacturer in resolving the issue.

Photos and videos must be supplied within 24 hours of delivery, for freight damage; otherwise, the claim will not be accepted.
