We stand behind the quality of our products, but we understand that sometimes, they may not meet your expectations. That's why we offer a 30-day return window for your convenience beginning upon receipt of your item.

To qualify for a return, products must be returned in the condition it was received in, unworn or unused. With all of the packaging, complete with all components, instructions, and accessories.

Some items may be subject to up to a 25% restocking fee. If you decide you want to return an item for any reason, all shipping charges and restocking fee (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund. Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Please note: We do not determine these return policies as they are required by the brands themselves and we are charged these fees as well.

Custom made-to-order items are not eligible for return.

Please make sure to include:

- Your order number

- Items you would like to return

- Reason for wanting to return the item

Important: Please await return shipping instructions after the return request is processed and instructions are provided.

After the manufacturer has received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you via email. If shipment is refused or undeliverable return shipping fees will apply.

You will be emailed about the approval status of your refund. If approved you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days less applicable return shipping fees and/or restocking fees.

Please note that some of our products may not be eligible for return and/or refund once shipped. The return eligibility often varies by brand and is determined on a case-by-case basis. If a specific brand or product has a return policy that differs from our general terms above, then it will be outlined in the "Return Policy" tab on the respective product page.

If you would like to cancel an order, please call us or email us immediately at support@modernhomerehab.com to avoid return shipping fees and to ensure a full refund. Cancellations received before order processing will receive a refund in full. Orders cancelled after the order has been processed will be a subject to a 5% fee deducted from the total refunded amount due to credit card processing and other related fees.

For most of our brands, orders canceled prior to shipment release from the manufacturer's warehouse, a full refund is guaranteed.

Orders canceled post-shipment are subject our 30 Day Return Policy and to the respective Return Policy for that Brand/Product and additionally will be subject to return shipping fees.

To ensure a full refund, please contact us promptly before your order is processed and dispatched from the warehouse.

Once your item(s) has arrived please inspect the packaging; if there is any damage, you should indicate it while signing for delivery or do not agree to accept the delivery. Send images of the damage, the box, the SKU, and a brief description of the damage to support@modernhomerehab.com, and we will work with the manufacturer in resolving the issue.

Photos and videos must be supplied within 48 hours of delivery, for freight damage; otherwise, the claim will not be accepted.

If any items arrive defective or damaged, you won't bear the return shipping expenses. Simply send back the item, and we'll arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you at no additional cost. However, if you wish to return or exchange an item due to buyer's remorse or similar reasons, you'll need to cover the return shipping fees.

Should you find yourself in such a situation and desire to exchange for an identical item, kindly reach out to us at support@modernhomerehab.com We'll provide you with the necessary details to facilitate the return of the affected item for the exchange process.

All of our products are guaranteed to come with the manufacturer warranty. Warranty terms differ based on the manufacturer and specific product. For detailed information, please consult the individual product pages of items you're interested in, or feel free to contact us with any questions. Note that warranty coverage typically addresses issues that arise from regular use over time. Defects noticed upon arrival must be reported and are not subject to standard warranty claims.

Chargebacks

That said, we take fraudulent chargebacks seriously, and such actions will be considered criminal theft. If you encounter any issues with your order—whether you haven't received a product or are dissatisfied with one you did—please reach out to us directly for resolution as we ensure we will do whatever is in our control to make things right.
