We stand behind the quality of our products, but we understand that sometimes, they may not meet your expectations. That's why we offer a 30-day return window for your convenience beginning upon receipt of your item.

To qualify for a return, products must be returned in the condition it was received in, unworn or unused. With all of the packaging, complete with all components, instructions, and accessories.

Some items may be subject to up to a 25% restocking fee. If you decide you want to return an item for any reason, all shipping charges and restocking fee (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund. Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Please note: We do not determine these return policies as they are required by the brands themselves and we are charged these fees as well.

Custom made-to-order items are not eligible for return.

If you would like to cancel an order, please call us or email us immediately at support@modernhomerehab.com to avoid return shipping fees and to ensure a full refund. Cancellations received before order processing will receive a refund in full. Orders cancelled after the order has been processed will be a subject to a 5% fee deducted from the total refunded amount due to credit card processing and other related fees.

For most of our brands, orders canceled prior to shipment release from the manufacturer's warehouse, a full refund is guaranteed.

Orders canceled post-shipment are subject our 30 Day Return Policy and to the respective Return Policy for that Brand/Product and additionally will be subject to return shipping fees.

To ensure a full refund, please contact us promptly before your order is processed and dispatched from the warehouse.

Once your item(s) has arrived please inspect the packaging; if there is any damage, you should indicate it while signing for delivery or do not agree to accept the delivery. Send images of the damage, the box, the SKU, and a brief description of the damage to support@modernhomerehab.com, and we will work with the manufacturer in resolving the issue.

Photos and videos must be supplied within 48 hours of delivery, for freight damage; otherwise, the claim will not be accepted.

Once your item(s) has arrived please inspect the packaging; if there is any damage, you should indicate it while signing for delivery or do not agree to accept the delivery. Send images of the damage, the box, the SKU, and a brief description of the damage to support@modernhomerehab.com, and we will work with the manufacturer in resolving the issue.
