We are pleased to provide 100% free shipping for all Kala orders across North America. You have the flexibility to utilize a PO box for your order placement.
All orders originate from our warehouse located in North York, Canada. Rest assured, no duties will be applied to orders shipped within the USA or Canada.
As a proudly Canadian company, our products are conceived, engineered, and housed in our Canadian warehouse. Typical transit times for North American orders range from 6 to 8 business days. Occasionally, a label may remain in a "Created Status" until the courier scans the parcel.
For your convenience, all warranty-related shipping is confined within Canada, eliminating the need for international shipments.
We are pleased to offer full tracking capabilities for your orders, ensuring visibility from the moment they depart our warehouse until they reach your destination.
Canadian orders are prioritized for shipment through Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, CanPar, or our local same-day shipping courier for GTA (Greater Toronto Area) deliveries.
US-bound orders are shipped via USPS and FedEx with general transit times ranging from 2 to 4 business days.

We're confident that you'll appreciate the benefits of your Kala device. For this reason, we proudly offer a 30-day, risk-free guarantee. If, for any reason, you find that the product isn't right for you within this period, we're committed to ensuring a hassle-free return and a full refund. It's a testament to our trust in the product quality and efficacy that less than 1% of our clients opt to return. Our Kala family typically finds tremendous value in our devices!
Please note that there's a $15 restocking fee for returns. This fee is in line with our dedication to environmental sustainability, helping us offset costs associated with environmentally-conscious restocking practices.
However, due to the unique nature and dimensions of certain products - specifically, the Kala Mask, Kala PEMF Mat, Kala Wrap, Kala Sauna Blanket, Kala Quad, Kala Duo, Kala Vertical Stand, Kala Horizontal Stand, Kala Goggles, and Kala Sauna - these items are considered final sale and are not eligible for the 30-day risk-free return.
If you're not immediately satisfied after your first use of the Kala light, don't fret! You have an additional 29 days to experience its benefits. Should you decide to return, simply reach out to us at kala@kalaredlight.com with your order number and name.

Kala products come with a 3-year Limited Warranty. Warranty covers manufacturing defects and offers a one-time replacement. Warranty determinations are Kala's sole discretion
